I practice what I teach

Not just certifications on a wall — real numbers from real training. These are the records I've set across two decades of kettlebell and endurance work.

Why records matter

These numbers aren't about ego. They're about proving that the training methods I teach actually work over decades — not just for a single peak performance, but as a sustainable practice. When I write about volume training, I've done 11,111 swings in 28 days. When I teach the snatch, I've done 532 unbroken. When I talk about the long game, I've been training for 20+ years.

I don't teach anything I haven't done myself. That's the standard.
